  • Imposition of High Usage Fee: Apply a High Usage Fee to accommodate higher scan volumes and keep the dynamic QR code fully operational.
  • Permanent Disabling: Reserved strictly for malicious activities (such as malware, phishing, or bot attacks) as outlined in Section 4.

6. High Traffic Management & High Usage Fee

6.1. Overview

  • If an individual Dynamic QR Code exceeds 3,000 scans/day for more than 3 consecutive days, a High Usage Fee is applied.
  • The High Usage Fee is intended to accommodate higher scan traffic and covers server capacity seamlessly without any interruptions.

6.2. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

  • Grace Period: You have 10 days from email notice to reduce the daily scan volume or pay the fee.
  • Duration: When paid, the High Usage Fee covers the QR code for whatever time remains on its current 2-year subscription term.
  • Renewals: If scans average >3,000 scans/day at the time of renewal, the High Usage Fee will be added to the regular subscription renewal charges.
  • No Refunds: If daily scan volumes drop below 3,000 after paying the fee, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.

6.3. Fee Calculation

  • Up to 3,000 scans/day: Included in standard subscription.
  • 3,001 to 10,000 scans/day: ₹2,700 per dynamic QR code (High Usage Fee).
  • Above 10,000 scans/day: An additional ₹2,700 fee applies for each additional tier of up to 10,000 scans/day.
