Tracking reports are only available for dynamic QR codes purchased from us.

Unlike retail barcodes, QR codes (static and dynamic) are based on the information you provide, with their size and complexity depending on how much data they contain.
Now, you can use QR codes to share product details with consumers. When scanned, the QR code can direct them to a webpage with product or company information or even a special offer.
How to buy?
- Decide which type of QR Code you want: Static or Dynamic*.
- Enter the quantity of QR codes you need at the end of this page, and add that quantity to the cart. Then proceed to checkout.
- At the checkout page, enter the data or URL you want to be encoded into the “additional information” box with separate URLs on separate lines.
Standard QR codes (Static and Dynamic) are made automatically and will be emailed to you within minutes. More complex QR codes such as v-business cards have to be made manually and take 1-12 hours. The QR code images will be sent to you in 3 formats .pdf, .svg, .png formats.
We offer two types of QR codes: Static and Dynamic
STATIC QR Codes- Encodes the URL (that you provide) directly into the QR code.
- These are permanent and will work as long as the URL that you provide works.
- The provided URL cannot be changed.
- Unlimited scans.
(these can also be used for things other than URLs eg encoding text, v business cards, sending an email or SMS message)

- These use our Dynamic QR Code service (via URL hosting), which enables the target URL to be changed repeatedly in the future when required.
- Lifetime Redirection: Your dynamic QR code will function for the first two years. Then, it will continue to function after that as long as you pay a hosting fee every two years.
- Unlimited Scans: Scans of the Dynamic QR Code are UNLIMITED so long as you don’t abuse the QR code with millions of scans that cause technical problems such as crashed servers. Dynamic codes that exceed our threshold scan limit will be charged a premium yearly fee instead of the regular two-year renewal fee. Please see our fair use policy.
- Unlimited Changes to the target URL: The destination link (URL) can be changed any number of times via our website portal at any time day or night. We can also do this for you for a minimal fee.
- Tracking reports for all your dynamic QR codes purchased from us for a single fee. Tracking shows how often and in which country your QR code is scanned. To learn more about tracking, please see tracking reports.
Please Note: Since dynamic QR codes use a redirection service to reach your final URL, your users will only be able to see an intermediary URL when they scan the QR image. When they click on the link, it will take them to the final URL.

Please note, these are not a substitute for retail barcodes – you still need EAN or UPC barcodes if you are selling your product at retail.

You can request for a URL change for the dynamic QR codes purchased from us by placing an order here.
You can fill in your QR code information while checking out or send us an email with the following details after placing the order:
- QR code order ID, QR code URL (the intermediary URL that you see first when you scan the QR code) or the QR code image itself
- The new URL that needs to be updated
Your request will be processed within 24 working hours.
